ace365 Registration Guide: What You Should Understand Before Getting Started
Registration involves reading the new account flow, preparing your information, creating a password, and understanding the OTP/verification state. Follow the fields and labels seen on the screen step by step; use the Login or Recovery guide if you already have an account.
Who is Registration for
If you do not have an account and the screen mentions creating a new profile, take the Registration flow. If you have an account লগইন; if there is a password or OTP issue, use Recovery. “Create/Register/Sign up” refers to the new flow, while “Login/Forgot password” refers to the return process.
Preparation Before Reading the Form
- Contact or identity information you have—only the type of information the screen asks for.
- Access to receive messages or emails on your device, if a verification step is shown.
- Prepare to create a new, memorable strong password without copying the password used on another account.
- Properly read the Bengali and English keyboard, digit, and country/code label.
- A stable connection to read each field's error message and consent text before submitting.
Common Types of Information and Passwords
Contact identity, username, password, confirmation, or verification fields may be seen; the current screen indicates which are required. Check the code, spelling, and spaces on phone/email. Follow the screen's rules for the password and write the same sequence if confirmation is present.
Meaning of OTP and Verification Status
| Status | What it means | What to look for |
|---|---|---|
| Code requested | Passed initial validation of the form and waiting for verification | Destination hint and current page state |
| Code received | Verification message has arrived on your channel | Request time and digit order |
| Code invalid/expired | Incorrect request, typo, or state has changed | Last request and current form |
| Information error | One or more field rules have not been met | Specific message below the field |
| Verified/complete | Verification step has been completed | Next screen is Login or account page |
If a new request is repeatedly created on the OTP screen, the current code may get confused. Read the current message and follow one state at a time.
What to see after submission
- Field error: Correct the identified field and label without rewriting the entire form.
- Verification: Match the code of the current request, destination hint, and state.
- Login screen: The registration flow has ended, and the entry step for returning users has begun.
- Account screen: Identity has been created; read the visible profile and account state.
- Blank/partial page: Before resubmitting the form Connection and page state check.
Upon reaching the Login screen Login and Recovery Assistance Use it. Opening the same form again means the previous submission failed—do not make such a decision based solely on the screen message.
