ace365 Login and Account Recovery Guide

Accessing a previously created account, not remembering the password, and OTP/verification getting stuck are not the same issue. This page helps differentiate between Login and Recovery states to choose the correct next step. Use a separate registration guide for the new account flow.

What to prepare before entry

  • The form of the identity used to create the account that you have—phone, email, username, or the label seen on the screen.
  • Your saved password; check if there are spaces at the beginning/end if copied from another page.
  • Access on your device/channel where OTP or recovery code may arrive.
  • A stable connection to read the Page title, address, language, and visible message.

Which field is mandatory will be determined by the screen's label. If you write information based on assumptions without seeing familiar labels, it becomes difficult to distinguish between Login failure and wrong-account state.

Password and OTP recovery

Don't remember the password

Instead of repeatedly trying Login, check if there is a recovery or reset path on the screen. Ensure the identity label is the same. When the screen for creating a new password appears, do not write it in the old password field; return to Login state after the reset is completed.

OTP has not arrived

Read if the code is partially shown on the screen for which channel it is supposed to go. Consider network signal, message filtering, and the expiration of the previous code. If multiple codes are requested, it may be confusing which code is from the last request; check if the current page state has changed.

Code does not match

Check the digit order, Bangla/English numeral, copied spaces, and for which request the code has come. If the page refreshes, the old code may not work in the new state. After Recovery is completed, return to the Login page and enter with the new password.

When to go to the registration page

If there is no previous account or if the screen mentions creating a new profile Full steps for registration Take. Wrong password, OTP getting stuck, or session expired Login/Recovery branch. After registration, when the Login screen appears Return to this page Take the entry steps.
